The MediPosture ICORE Overlay System can be adjusted to each patient for a truly custom comfort experience!
Each MediPosture ICORE Overlay System includes a memory foam dental headrest with ICORE Technology for comfortable neck support and accurate head-positioning, an ICORE Technology memory foam backrest and knee lift for combined lumbar support and a 2” thick memory foam chair overlay pad that helps to relax the entire body.

- Designed with super-soft memory foam, this dental headrest features ICORE Support Technology, which provides increased patient neck support via a high-density support core. No other headrest in the industry offers more support!
ICORE Memory Foam Dental Backrest:
- This dental chair cushion features a high-density memory foam, enhanced with ICORE Support Technology that helps to relax the lumbar spine while in the dental chair.
Knee Lift:
- The “secret-ingredient” cushion for relieving lower-back pain in the dental chair. Elevates the patient’s knees to relax and release muscle strain in the lumbar region.
Dental Chair Overlay Pad:
